About the ports

Rotterdam

Reykjavik

Rotterdam is the city  with the largest port  in Europe. It is known as the Manhattan of  the Meuse because of its impressive skyline, famous bridge architecture and for its contemporary art , fashion and design.

Amsterdam

The canals, fascinating architecture and culture make Amsterdam a world famous tourist destination. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the 17th century historical  atmosphere and relaxed environment. The small scale of the buildings and the intimacy of the streets, canals and squares create an atmosphere that visitors find unique.

Enkhuizen

In the 17th century, Enkhuizen was one of the wealthiest cities of Holland.  Its rich history is still noticeable today as you walk through the old inner city with its numerous state mansions, canals, churches, city walls and harbors.

Oudeschild (Texel)

Texel

Texel is the largest Wadden island. It is known for its fantastic beaches, beautiful nature scenes, loads of activities and great nightlife. Another characteristic of the island are the thousands of sheep.

Hoorn

Hoorn

The glorious days of Hoorn lead back to the 17th century when it was one of the important towns of Holland. Just like Amsterdam and Enkhuizen, the city of Hoorn became a very wealthy town. Nowadays, several dozen monuments and churches will make you feel the historical atmosphere.

Volendam

VolendamVolendam, the old fishing village at the Ijsselmeer, offers costumes, sporting events, music, and of course fish. The village is characterized by countless little houses around the small fishing port.
